Our goal is to work alongside people to redefine and rediscover through the lens of community development frameworks – to be more citizen led, with increased participation, personal agency, and ownership.

What forms the Basis of What We Do?
The theories and principles of community development work grounds us in our day-to-day work. Inclusiveness. Citizen-Led. Sense of Agency. Equal Participation. Ownership. These are the social outcomes our designs aspire to achieve.

We spent a year finding out the day-to-day challenge scenarios faced by community development workers, and to find corresponding solutions or guidelines for action. This project is supported by DesignSingapore Council and the Good Design Research grant. Woo Peiyi is a recipient of the Good Design Research grant.
